It is my belief  that we all have the mana or power within us to heal ourselves and others. It is my honor to provide clients with a safe, supportive and compassionate environment while they receive energy and learn to access the power within.

I have studied Integrative Energy Healing with Lois Ross RN CHTP/I, and am also certified in Reiki. In my practice I integrate these modalities along with other traditional healing methods. My interest is mostly in, but not limited to, the traditional healing modalities and ceremonies of indigenous peoples. As a result much of my work has been with First Nations; working closely with Residential School Survivors and their loved ones. However, I have also been fortunate to work with people from a variety of different and colourful backgrounds.
